Built for the sites that arehardest to see into.

Wherever headcount is a safety barrier — not a convenience — ModuTrace keeps people visible: zone by zone, shift by shift, in atmospheres where ordinary electronics aren't allowed.

Industries we serve

One system, certified for the harshest classifications: intrinsically safe (Ex ia) tags rated for Zone 0, Zone 20 and Group I mining, on a low-power wireless mesh that needs no site-wide cabling. Where there is no hazardous area, a non-Ex variant brings the cost down further. Every deployment is specified for the site it goes on — the right hardware in the right places, nothing more.

Crew in hi-vis gathered at a muster point on an offshore drilling rig at sunset

OFFSHORE OIL & GAS

Platforms, drilling rigs and FPSOs. Live POB, automatic headcount at muster stations, and zone-level visibility across modules — so a muster is verified in minutes, not counted twice on paper.

Contractors in hi-vis moving through dense pipework inside a live refinery unit

PETROCHEMICAL & REFINING

Turnarounds put thousands of contractors inside live units. Know who is in which unit before, during and after the work — and see at a glance when an area is clear.

Miners with cap lamps walking along a rail track in an underground tunnel

MINING & TUNNELLING

Certified Ex I M1 for Group I mining. Tags stay live underground where GPS can't reach, so surface control always knows who is below and in which heading.

Two workers consulting beneath storage spheres and columns at a chemical plant at dusk

CHEMICAL & PROCESS PLANTS

Zone 0 gas and Zone 20 dust atmospheres are exactly what the tags are certified for. Presence and headcount by area, without introducing an ignition source.

Welding sparks on scaffolding against a ship hull in dry dock at sunset

MARINE & SHIPYARDS

Newbuild, refit and repair spread crews across decks and compartments where sightlines fail and radios echo. Zone visibility follows the work through the hull.

Tower cranes and steel structures over a sprawling construction site at golden hour

HEAVY CONSTRUCTION

No fixed power, layouts that change weekly. The low-power mesh goes up in days, moves with the job, and comes down just as fast. Arm a red zone under every crane lift and know the instant someone walks under the load.
